Pobal

Pobal is the main funder of the LYCS Creche. Pobal provides a range of services to and on behalf of the Department of Children and Youth Affairs in the area of early education and childcare. The funding covers the following programmes;  Community Childcare Subvention, Early Childhood care and Education (ECCE) Scheme and the Training and Employment Childcare (TEC) Scheme. Additional funds come from Parents Fees which are set by Pobal in September of each year depending on our costings.

We apply for small grants each year from Impact Joe Lucey Fund, the National Lottery and Dublin City Council.
