A few general tips:
To enlarge the text size on any website or document, hold down the 'Ctrl' button and use the middle scroll button on your mouse This works for most modern websites, but bear in mind it may distort the page a little. To get it back to normal size, push the middle scroll button back up again.
To print any screen that doesn't have a print option: Press the 'Prt Sc' button (over the insert button) on your keyboard, then open a blank Word file and press 'Paste' (in the edit menu). Then print as normal.
If you are looking for a certain word on a web page or document, press 'Ctrl' and 'F'. Enter the text you are looking for and press enter.
To open PDF's:
Many documents available on the internet have to be downloaded onto your computer. Often these are in PDF - Portable Document Format. To download or open documents in PDF you will need to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat. To do this, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and download Adobe reader. 'Save' this to your computer and then 'run' it when its saved.
